Mr. Benn was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended Boston University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2002. He attended law school at Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and received his Juris Doctorate in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Benn was a judicial intern for the Honorable James T. Giles, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Haro was born in Miami, Florida. He attended Florida International University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He graduated law school at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), Shepard Broad Law Center in 2006 in the top 5% of his class and again achieved the academic honor of graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Mr. Haro was named a Goodwin Scholar and was one of a select group of students who were awarded the Goodwin Scholar Scholarship. In addition, Mr. Haro was awarded the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Scholarship for having provided direct representation to indigent persons in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties in connection with family law proceedings, including divorce, dependency, termination of parental rights, and adoption cases.
Ms. Isaacs was born in New Jersey. She attended the University of Miami, where she served as Chapter President of Sigma Delta Tau Sorority and chaired various Homecoming events. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with Honors in her major, and a minor in English. During college, she studied in Spain one summer. Upon graduating from the University of Miami, Ms. Isaacs received a Centennial Scholarship to Seton Hall University School of Law, in Newark, New Jersey, back in her home state. Ms. Isaacs had the honor of singing at her law school graduation, at the Garden State Arts Center.
Ivan was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. For his undergraduate studies, Ivan attended the University of Puerto Rico through 2013. Upon graduating, Ivan obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Thereafter, Ivan moved to Miami, FL to attend law school. In December of 2018, Ivan graduated with a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad College of Law.

Monica A. Wallace is a bilingual paralegal with over 10 years of experience in workers’ compensation and personal injury law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2007, and has worked with Benn, Haro & Isaacs, PLLC since 2017.

Sandra Gomez was born and raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She has spent the majority of her career in the hospitality industry and applies her customer service background to assist our clients with their day to day needs. Sandra is currently a Legal Assistant at Benn Haro & Isaacs and is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Mejia is our lead receptionist. She was born and raised in Lima, Peru and currently attends Florida Atlantic University where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior under their pre-medical program. She enjoys volunteering and is part of the American Medical Student Association. She aspires to join the medical field as a pediatric surgeon in the future.
